Shipping & Delivery
Standard orders are usually shipped via UPS Ground within the continental United States. Occasionally orders may also be sent via FedEx or USPS. Delivery times average 3 to 7 business days but may vary slightly depending upon location. Note that Saturday and Sunday are not counted as standard shipping days.
Standard shipping cost is a flat rate of $7.99 regardless of the order size. If any items are on back order and need to be shipped separately, you will be contacted. Important: Express delivery or Saturday delivery services are available for an additional fee which will be determined to fit the specific order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to reach an order specialist who can personally help you with your express delivery needs. Saturday delivery is not available in all areas.
Orders for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico must be processed by a Sumi-G order specialist. Send requests by email at contact (at) sumi-g (dot com).
At this time, Sumi-G is unable to ship to international addresses (except Canada), P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or other US territories. All order to Canada will ship with USPS.
Privacy & Security
Your privacy and security are important to us. All information Sumi-G collects is primarily in the interest of accurate order processing.
When you sign up on our online store as a new customer, you will be asked to provide some personal information, such as first & last name, billing address, shipping address and a contact e-mail address and telephone number. This information is used only for the purposes of processing and shipping your order, and will not be disclosed to any party outside of necessary channels to ship and process your order in a timely manner.
We may disclose your information to our staff and to third parties involved in the completion of your transaction, the delivery of your order, and the analysis and support of your use of our site. Returns & Replacements
At Sumi-G, we stand behind our products, our service, and you, our customer.
Sumi-G offers a 30-day return/exchange policy from the date of purchase for all products purchased from Sumi-G.com. All items must be in new and unused condition, and must be sent back with all original packaging and contents. If the return is a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges toward the correct items.
Sumi-G warrants all of its products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase, when purchased from an authorized Sumi-G dealer or through our web site. If a product is found to be defective after inspection by a Sumi-G warranty technician, Sumi-G will repair or replace the product with an existing comparable model at Sumi-G’s discretion. Sumi-G is not liable for any damages, losses and/or costs incurred resulting from the loss or usage of Sumi-G’s products.

Orders can be submitted online at sumi-g.com at any time. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 36 hours, assuming the product is in stock. We will do our best to mark the online catalog when products are sold out, but there may be a delay. If a product is found to be out of stock after an order is placed, we will let you know before processing.
